Carlo Guadalupo was born in a baker’s family in Palermo, Sicily. When he finished school, he started wok in the American Bristol Cafe Restaurant where he gained experience in the restaurant business. Two years later he started work as a Chef de Rang in Charleston Restaurant, Mondello, Palermo.
His desire to learn more about culinary art brought him to Germany. Between 1984 and 2010 he worked in various restaurants and hotels with restaurants in Munich, Bavaria as a Head Waiter and Chef. At present, Carlo has impressive 35-year professional experience in the field and brings his delicious meals to people in Varna.
